Reproduction
Willow Run Equine offers specialized reproductive services, including detailed reproductive ultrasounds and comprehensive pregnant mare management. We are committed to supporting your breeding needs and are excited to announce that our breeding services will be expanding in 2026 as we develop our facility to better serve our clients. Performance Evaluations and Lameness
We take a comprehensive thorough approach to evaluating your equine athlete including in motion exams, flexions, ridden exams and palpations. Then use our range of diagnostic tools to localize and properly diagnose any issues your horse may be having. From there we develop an accurate treatment plan to return your horse to its full potential.

Diagnostic Imaging
Willow Run Equine utilizes advanced diagnostic imaging to provide comprehensive assessments of your horse's health. Our services include high-resolution ultrasound for soft tissue evaluations, and digital radiography (x-ray) for detailed skeletal imaging. Upper airway endoscopy for examining the respiratory tract, and gastroscopy for visualizing the stomach and diagnosing gastric issues are also available. These tools enable Dr. Clarke to accurately diagnose and develop effective treatment plans for your equine companions.
Therapeutics
We offer both routine and advanced treatment modalities and have a good understanding of surgical referral options when surgery is necessary.
Dr Clarke offers a range of advanced therapeutic interventions to address musculoskeletal issues and promote healing. Our services include targeted joint injections, cutting-edge regenerative therapies such as Prostride and PRP, intralesional tendon and ligament therapy, acupuncture for pain management and holistic care, and customized rehabilitation protocols to optimize recovery and performance. Herd Health and Maintenance
Willow Run Equine offers comprehensive herd health and maintenance services to ensure the well-being of your entire equine population.
We provide essential preventative care through comprehensive vaccination programs, strategic deworming protocols guided by fecal testing, accurate Coggins testing, thorough diagnostic bloodwork, and safe castration procedures. Dr. Clarke is dedicated to maintaining the health and well-being of your horses through these fundamental herd health services.
Internal and Respiratory Medicine
We also offer a range of specialized diagnostic procedures to thoroughly assess your horse's health. These include bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) for evaluating lung health, endoscopy and gastroscopy, comprehensive eye exams, and thorough diagnostic bloodwork. Dr. Clarke utilizes these advanced diagnostic tools to provide precise diagnoses and develop effective treatment plans.
Emergency Services
Please call our clinic number after hours for emergency services. While we do our best to provide reliable emergency services keep in mind that at this time we are a solo entirely ambulatory veterinary practice. We are only able to provide emergency services within one hour of our home. At times we may be in other areas of the province and ask you to contact your local veterinarian.
